INphysics was the idea of a local radiation oncology physician group in Indianapolis. The group made the decision to team with experienced medical physicists and create a model that allows for the highest quality care while being able to attract the highest caliber medical physicists.

It was decided that the keys to success was finding the medical physicists with the clinical experience and a great understanding of the needs of the physicians, administrators, staff and facilities.

Robert Gregory and Earl Dietrich were recruited in 2007 to take on this task. Since the inception, they teamed with an exceptional staff and have kept their vision that the quality of the people they employ is vital to the service that you receive.
